2026 Flexible Spending Accounts

With Amgen’s flexible spending accounts (FSAs), you can reduce your taxable income and use those pre-tax dollars towards eligible health and/or dependent care expenses. For a list of expenses eligible for reimbursement, review Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Publication 502 and/or 503.

Health Care FSA

Medical or dental plan deductibles, coinsurance and copayments
The Health Care FSA offers a rollover of up to $660 into 2027

Limited Purpose FSA (LPFSA)
If you enroll in the Value PPO medical plan, you may enroll in the LPFSA in addition to an HSA. An LPFSA reimburses you for qualified dental and vision expenses. The LPFSA reimburses you for qualified medical and prescription expenses only after the medical plan deductible has been met for the year. LPFSA dollars (with the exception of the $660 or less carryover) will be forfeited at the end of the year if not used. Please review your options carefully before enrolling in an LPFSA.
